A warehouse is a type of warehouse close to customs buildings where goods that are subject to customs duty but have not yet been paid are protected and where small complementary transactions are carried out if necessary.

In a type A warehouse, the operator is obliged to pay customs duties in case of any deficiency in the products in the warehouse. When the goods are placed in these warehouses, the operators also earn rental income.
In type B warehouses, the user is responsible for the goods. The warehouse operator is given limited liability. If the customs administration gives permission, the product in the B type warehouse will not be presented to customs.
Type C warehouses are private warehouses. The operator and user are the same person. The items placed here should not be other than those specified in the item list.
In type D warehouses, the operator and user are the same person. It is possible to process the products here without having to submit them to customs. Products other than the goods list can be placed in this warehouse, but permission must be obtained from the general directorate of customs.
In type E, the operator and user are the same person. Transactions can also be carried out without a storage location. The warehouse stock book is kept here.
F type warehouses are operated by customs administrations. They are referred to as general warehouses. Temporary storage areas can be used as F type warehouses.
